Please note that when calling to make an appointment we are not always able to answer the phone. Please leave your details on our answering machine and our first available therapist will get back to you as soon as possible.
We would appreciate your co-operation and understanding with the following:
- If you could provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice
- Please adhere to treatment times
- Mobile phones to be switched off.
- Failure to show for a scheduled appointment (using a gift voucher) will classify as that voucher being fully redeemed.
