Gift Voucher terms and conditions- All Beauty & Body Wellness Spa Vouchers have a thirty six months expiry date and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
- Beauty & Body Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.
- Gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for products or remedial massage.
- Please mention when booking online that you will be using gift voucher for your treatment.
- We appreciate at least 24 hrs notice before cancellations otherwise a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will apply for all gift vouchers.Should a client fail to turn up for their appointment,Gift vouchers will be fully redeemed and non-refundable.
